Price of Services This Service is provided free of charge to Candidates by lawrecruiter. Cost of using means of communication Whilst no additional charge is levied by lawrecruiter candidates should note that they remain liable for the charges levied by their internet service provider and telecommunications supplier whilst on line. Notice of Right of Cancellation NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL CANDIDATES THAT UNDER THE REGULATIONS ALL CANDIDATES HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION BY GIVING NOTICE TO LAWRECRUITER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF FIRST REGISTRATION. Notwithstanding their rights under the Regulations, if a Candidate wishes to cancel their registration they may do so at any time by contacting us by email at unsubscribe@lawrecruiter.com or by post at 9 Old Steine, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1EJ There are no preconditions to the Candidates right to cancel their registration, however, Candidates must be aware that even though they may cancel their registration the information contained in any application that they have submitted in response to a vacancy advertisement on our site (including the fact that they have submitted the application) will remain with and at the disposal of the person firm or company to whom it was sent. lawrecruiter will not contact those persons and the Candidate is responsible for taking any further action he or she requires in relation to information supplied to them by the Candidate (including the removal of the same from their records). Duration of contract There is no minimum duration of contract and as mentioned above, Candidates may contact us at any time to cancel their registration.
