Restructuring Solicitor - Manchester
Great opportunity at national highly regarded practice to support partner in assisting commercial clients with varied formal restructuring arrangements. You will be involved in finding solutions that are both commercial and practical in nature for both companies in distress and lenders. The role will involve drafting agreements and security reviews, in addition to getting involved with business development. You would play a part in supervising other members of the team.
